We strongly recommend you view the test presentation to ensure that your system meets the following requirements. The test presentation should start within seconds in a new window.
- High speed (broadband, cable, 3G) internet connection
- Internet Explorer 6, Firefox 3, or Safari 4
- please turn off any pop-up window blockers if you experience viewing problems
- Adobe Flash Player 10 (may work with earlier versions)
- Adobe Reader 9 (may work with earlier versions)

Technical support
If you experience any problems accessing your online account or viewing the course material, you may contact our technical support department using the help desk. Before doing so, please go through the following checklist which highlights the most common problems.
- Make sure that your internet connection is working by viewing other websites. If you are using a networked computer, avoid times when the network is congested.
- Check to see if your computer set-up allows you to view the online material:
- Pop-up blocking software in your internet browser or add-ons (such as Google Toolbar, Zone Alarm, Yahoo! Toolbar, MSN Toolbar, AOL, Norton Internet Security) should allow http://www.superego-cafe.com and http://www.criticalappraisal.com to launch new windows.
- Internet Explorer 8: Tools > Pop-up Blocker or Tools > Internet Options > Privacy
- Firefox 3: Tools > Options > Content
- Safari: Command+k toggles the pop-up blocker on/off, or Safari menu > Block Pop-up windows
- Your firewall should allow you to access http://download.superego-cafe.com and view Flash material.
Javascript should be enabled on your internet browser.

Cookies should be enabled on your internet browser.
- Internet Explorer 7: Tools > Internet Options > Privacy > Move the slider to any of the following privacy settings: Medium high, Medium, Low, Accept all cookies.
