We’ve designed this website to be simple to use and to contain all the information you need to decide whether or not our online courses will be useful to you. This page contains additional information about purchasing subscriptions to online courses.
Who am I ordering from?
Superego Cafe Limited is a company registered in England and Wales. We’ve been online since 2000 and we’ve been running courses for healthcare professionals since 2004. We have an excellent reputation for customer service.
How do I subscribe and is it safe?
Purchase a subscription by clicking on the shopping basket icon.- On the sign-up screen, enter your name and email address. Choose a username and password for your online account. When you have finished press the continue button.
- You will be transferred to SagePay for them to take your credit card details. All payments must be made in UK pounds sterling.
- SagePay is a secure online service for card payment, with up-to-the-minute security features. SagePay will check the validity of your card details and will authorise payment to us. Transmission and processing are completed by SagePay and your credit card details are not seen or kept by Superego Cafe.
- Upon completion of payment you will be transferred back to this website and you can begin viewing the online course.
- You will receive a receipt and details of your online account by email within a few minutes.

When does my online subscription start?
We confirm your subscription by email as soon as you make an online payment. Activation of your online account takes place instantly, so no waiting is involved.
